Trip.Gourmet Announces 2027 Global Fine Dining List: Three Vietnamese Restaurants Honored
Trip.Gourmet officially announces the 2027 Global Fine Dining list, featuring three elite Vietnamese representatives in the Platinum category.
At its 10th-anniversary event on September 8th, the culinary platform Trip.Gourmet announced the 2027 Global Fine Dining list, featuring three standout Vietnamese restaurants. This achievement reflects the growing appeal of Vietnam's high-end culinary market as experiential and gastronomic tourism continues to thrive globally.
Launched a decade ago, Trip.Gourmet's list has evolved from a local ranking into a prestigious global culinary index covering 66 countries and regions, helping travelers discover exceptional dining venues for their itineraries.
During the anniversary, Trip.Gourmet unveiled a list comprising 744 restaurants across 105 cities in 40 countries and territories. Representatives were categorized into three tiers: Black Diamond (the highest honor), Diamond, and Platinum. Notably, three Vietnamese establishments were honored in the Platinum category: Gia (Hanoi), KOKI (Hanoi), and Ănăn Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City).
Restaurants recognized by Trip.Gourmet undergo rigorous evaluation based on service quality, the reputation of their chef teams and founders, and their alignment with the experiential needs of international travelers.

According to Trip.com Group data, food-related searches surged by 45% in the first eight months of 2026. Vietnam currently holds the 4th position among the most searched culinary destinations in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.
Keywords such as 'Hanoi food', 'Ho Chi Minh City food', and 'Da Nang food' are among the fastest-growing search terms on the platform. Trip.Gourmet and Trip.com are committed to partnering with Vietnamese businesses to promote sustainable culinary tourism potential.
