Verification by the authorities revealed that the entire shipment belonged to Mr. L.S.P., a resident of Hô Sán village, Pờ Ly Ngài commune, Tuyên Quang province. At the time of inspection, Mr. P. failed to present any invoices, vouchers, or legal documentation proving the origin of the products.

Based on current regulations regarding food safety and market management, Market Management Team No. 6 finalized the records and issued an administrative penalty of 8,000,000 VND against Mr. L.S.P. Furthermore, the entire 148kg of illicit animal products were ordered for immediate destruction in accordance with legal procedures.

Moving forward, the department will continue to work closely with relevant agencies to strictly monitor and handle violations in accordance with the law.
