Hai Phong: Strict enforcement against 4 businesses violating food safety regulations
Hoa Binh Ward Police in Hai Phong City have penalized four businesses for serious violations of food safety and hygiene regulations.
The Hai Phong City Police have officially announced the detection and penalization of four business households for violating food safety regulations in Hoa Binh Ward. The individuals involved include: Mr. L.X.T (Thuy Ha Residential Group), Ms. N.T.C (Tuy Lac Residential Group), Ms. P.T.L (Luong Duong Residential Group), and Ms. T.T.T (Dong Kinh Trieu Residential Group).
According to inspection findings, these facilities committed a series of serious violations, including: using unhygienic equipment and utensils for food display and storage; failing to prevent insects and pests from entering processing and storage areas; staff directly involved in food processing lacking required protective attire; and blocked, uncovered wastewater drainage systems in the processing areas.
In response to these violations, the Hoa Binh Ward Police finalized the administrative records and advised the Ward People's Committee to issue administrative penalties totaling 8 million VND. This action underscores the local authority's commitment to raising regulatory compliance among businesses while fostering a safe food environment to protect public health.
