Control processes are applied throughout the entire chain, from raw material reception and production to packaging and final distribution. Furthermore, products are periodically tested by independent agencies, and all imported raw materials are supported by full customs documentation and traceability records. Previously, in 2025, the brand signed a product liability insurance agreement with PVI, valued at up to 10 billion VND, to protect consumer interests.

Transitioning from a family-run model, the business now operates via a professional system with a workforce comprised primarily of local women in Thai Nguyen.
