Vung Tau Ward People's Committee implements procedures for issuing Food Safety Certificates

To facilitate and optimize time and costs for food service business establishments, the Vung Tau Ward People's Committee has announced the implementation of procedures for receiving and processing applications for Food Safety Certificates within the area.

According to Ms. Tran Thi Bich Van, Vice Chairwoman of the Vung Tau Ward People's Committee, this program will be in effect until February 28, 2027. Individuals and business households can complete the procedures through two main methods: online submission or in-person submission.

For online submission, applicants should visit the National Public Service Portal at dichvucong.gov.vn, search by Procedure Code 1.013855, select the Vung Tau Ward People's Committee as the receiving agency, and follow the provided instructions. For in-person submission, documents are accepted at the administrative office of the Ward People's Committee during working days from Monday to Friday.

The Vung Tau Ward People's Committee also urges food service business owners to proactively check the expiration dates of their current licenses. Regular reviews help establishments ensure legal compliance and submit applications for new or renewed certificates according to established procedures before expiration.
